February 2013 was a very busy month for OHCEA where a number of activities were implemented. After the successful conclusion of the Administrators’ refresher training, the secretariat right away headed SeaCliff Hotel in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania where the 3rd OHCEA Board of Directors Meeting was held. The meeting was attended by six out of the Seven Board members.
